NLog Synth Pro is a virtual synthesizer for your iPad. Its most noted for its quality sound bank and flexibility. With 224 presets, core MIDI support, virtual MIDI, and WIST compatibility, this app is a strong contender for Korg’s IMS-20. Four oscillators with twenty waveforms give you extensive sound editing and design capabilities. Add that to a long list of effects like frequency modulation, ring modulation, filters, LFO’s, envelopes, chorus, flanger, distortion, reverb, EQ, and you have a powerful virtual synthesizer at your finger tips.
Full MIDI control allows you to implement pitch bend, velocity control, mod wheel, a sustain pedal and more. Export sound patches and recordings via iTunes. WIST compatibility allows you to synchronize with popular Korg apps and NLog Synth Pro has AKAI support as well (SynthStation25).
This virtual synth is a great app with a lot to offer. The $15 price tag might seem a bit steep, but if you’re looking to make professional use of your iPad, NLog Synth Pro is an app you’ll want to own.
Can I download, import or whatever, Propellerhead Reason Virtual instruments into the iPad and use them or must I only use the software apps sold by apple?
this is so awesome. being $14.99, i think they got ripped, not me. i dont even know what to do with this there are almost limitless creations. it is totally worth the price. now i just need to get it back to the original settings because i was messing around with it and no idea. buy it, youll pat yourself on the back.
